This program gives students who have completed Careers in Media and Entertainment 1 a chance to make a series of choices, quarter by quarter, to either pursue more advanced and challenging projects, to set up an individualized program of study to focus on a specific discipline—such as storyboarding, visual effects, or animation—or to provide leadership to first-year students on their projects.

The program’s focus remains on achieving a greater fluency in story structure and storytelling techniques while bearing down on the range of technical skills expected of successful content creators in an ever-changing marketplace. It is also customary for second-year students to spend some significant time with the instructor working through career and post-secondary planning and preparation.

*Students in the program may qualify for as many as 15 Walla Walla Community College credits
